Today was a cranky, tired, crying sort of day. It felt like my day to behave badly and disappoint people. I guess everyone has these days every so often. So I'm going to try a little gratitude therapy.
Today I am grateful for:
1. Having work, colleagues I enjoy, and money to pay the bills.
2. My children, and being a mom.
3. My husband, who is not having a no good, very bad, awful day, so can be encouraging.
4. Sleep - sleep is good.
